All players must be fully registered and paid before they will be allowed to play.
Pets of any type are not allowed at the fields. Please do not bring them.
Please secure valuables out of sight BEFORE coming to the fields. SSAK is NOT RESPONSIBLE for cars or personal property lost or stolen.
"Picking up" of players is not allowed at Southside. Your team must consist of your OFFICIAL ROSTER on file with the league.
All players must be registered and paid to participate in any game at Southside. I am checking scoresheets and lineups to make sure this rule is being followed. Forfeiture of your game will result.
If you have any Covid like symptoms or have been exposed to someone with Covid, please stay home until you have tested negative or have quarantined the days needed. Masks are encouraged. We hope to have 2 seasons so, we need everyone's commitment to do their part in not spreading Covid.
2025 Fall I Team Registration will open June 1, 2025
Registration fee for 2025 Fall I is $60 per person. Online registration will open at midnight on June 1 and will continue until July 31! All online registration is posted at ssak.leagueapps.com. We hope to start the Fall I Season on Mon, August 11th.
For those new to our registration process. The HEAD COACH must sign up online (as a head coach) and create a team. MALE COACHES of female teams will have the fee that is placed on their account removed, FEMALE COACHES that will be COACHES ONLY will need to notify me so I can remove the fee.
Once a team is created, Coaches will invite their players to sign up either by sending an invitation through the website/app or by asking players to sign up and accepting them through the website/app.
ALL PLAYERS must fully paid and registered to play in any game at Southside Adult Kickball.
FEMALE PLAYERS that are playing both on a FEMALE TEAM and a COED TEAM are eligible of a 50% discount on their COED Registration, please contact me for more information and to be issued a code, before you register.
In addition, all COACHES must submit a FULL WRITTEN ROSTER using the OFFICIAL SSAK TEAM ROSTER FORM. All players must be listed on your roster.
